The Thermo Fisher Countess II FL is a reliable cell counter and viability platform with the added convenience of optional fluorescence capabilities. Having an automated cell counter means eliminating the subjectivity and time sink of manually counting. This automation gives you precise findings and reducing user to user variables, returning results often in as little as 10 seconds. The Thermo Fisher Countess II FL Cell Counter has two optional user-changeable fluorescence channels. With these optional fluorescence channels, researchers can utilize EVOS light cubes and customize them to fit their needs. This cell viability counter comes with brightfield and full autofocus to monitor protein expression and measure cell viability before downstream analysis. Users can also assess the apoptosis of cells to measure capase activation and transfected or transduced cells in a population.
