I know I am selling doll clothes, but every outfit I make is of the same quality I would want to see in a child's dress set.  My little outfits are made to last for many years to come.
If you like to dress your vintage doll in a outfit similar to the original ones that she wore, then this little handmade set might be just what you are looking for.  I made this dress set to custom fit the 28" Suzy Playpal dolls. My Suzy is the model. This auction is for a dress, bonnet and panties only.
I used darling fabric with a blue background with tiny white, yellow and red flowers in an overall pattern.  It is really such sweet fabric.  I also used white eyelet fabric on the bonnet.
You will love it and it is just perfect for these pretty girls.  I also used white lace and white satin ribbon.
The bodice is fully lined with beautiful white eyelet scalloped floral trim across the front.  I added a streaming bow made from white satin ribbon with a red satin ribbon rose in the
center for accent.
Be sure to enlarge photo's to better see how pretty it is.  The puffy sleeves are elastic gathered with white lace at the edges.  The skirt has white floral trim at the hemline.  T
he back is fully open and closure is with buttonholes and two white buttons.
The matching panties have elastic at the waist and white lace trimmed leg openings.
The bonnet is made of white eyelet, which was a popular style in this dolls era.  The brim is edged with white lace and there is white lace under the brim to frame the dolls face.  White satin ribbon was used on the bonnet.
This darling little outfit will definitely look lovely on your little doll.
