1. SimplePS offers a very simple platform for basic I-V/C-V probing with DTP100 micropositioners. With KeyFactor’s S10 series probing accessories, the system can be set up to work with multimeters, power supplies, SMUs(Source and measurement units), LCR, etc.
2. This is a brand new item.We guarantee that all functions are checked and it is in good condiction before shipment.
