Original Vintage c.1917 US studio issued Doubleweight movie publicity portrait still of Hollywood Silent Film actor Robert Warwick. A popular stage actor and film romantic leading man beginning in 1914 (interrupted by war service in 1918), his career continued through the sound era, with memorable roles in the '30's and 40's in films with Shirley Temple, Norma Shearer, Leslie Howard and Errol Flynn, and into roles on television. The trimmed 6 3/4” by 9” (17 cm. X 23 cm.) glossy Doubleweight movie photo has a press clipping, sent over from France where Warwick was serving with the US Army under General Pershing, attached to the back, and is in overall Excellent 9+ out of 10 condition, because its trimmed. My name is not on the original.
