Welch Allyn 4800-60 Mobile stand/cart Cable management vital signs medical/lab cart.  These carts have an open section on the top of the cart (see right side in picture 3).  I have approximately 10 of these stands, if you are interested in a lot, message me.  I will give a discount if you buy in bulk!
