The pictures you see are of the radios, but because we have more than one lot, the serial numbers will be different.
They all look alike and the model numbers are exactly the same.
These were removed from our local school system school buses.
We assume they are all programmed to operate on the same system.
They were working at the time they were removed and upgraded.
We have tested them to power off & on, rotate the volume output knob to verify it rotates freely.
We have tested channel up/down to verify they change channels.
They change back and forth from 1 to 2 using p0 & p1.
p2 makes audible noise only.
p3 does nothing.
With antenna and microphone connected, We used a handheld ICOM IC-F4011 to transmit a signal to the radio and it receives a signal fine.
When we try to transmit back to the handheld, the lights flash on the radio, but no signal comes to the handheld.
All the radios in the lot do the same thing,
so we assume they are programmed utilizing the
transmit inhibit function as described in the owners manual, programmed
to receive only.
These came from our local school bus transportation department, so we assume they are programmed to receive only,
otherwise you would get numerous buses talking at the same time.
No further tested has been done. Because they were working when removed, we feel there is no need to test further.
We do not program radios nor do we have the equipment to test them any further.
We only have one antenna and the handheld to test the radios. They power on, change channels and appear to work fine.
We assume you will want to re-program these for your use.
We do not program radios, we are dealers of surplus.
These are used, so please expect some scuffs and/or scratches.
We have cleaned them up a little but we did not polish shine them so to speak, so you may want to clean them more if you so desire.
We have done our best to test the radio(s) and we know where they came from.
We do not know the system you are using them on, nor do we program radios.

So with that in mind, these are being sold as-is, no warranty, no returns, no partial refunds.
